RAGEM organizes trainings with its experienced experts in the fields needed in the field of rail systems, especially in service issues, and measures and certifies the competencies gained after the training.
Academy
Our Main Trainings
Functional Safety Management
In the training, information about functional safety management will be given, taking into account the current EN 50129 related to railway systems. Important information about the design of safety critical systems is conveyed with the training content, which includes many details such as determining SIL requirements, sharing them, creating safety proofs.
System Safety Management
In the training, information about safety management will be given, taking into account the current CENELEC standards (EN 5012x) related to railway systems.
The principles of effective application and evidence of safety of the CENELEC series of standards will be demonstrated, drawing on the various requirements of customers, applicable laws and regulations, regulatory regulations, standards, operator guidelines, written notices and working groups.
Methods selected from the CENELEC series of standards and applied in practice will be presented, with a focus on evidence of safety.
In addition, preliminary hazard analysis, assignment of safety integrity levels (SIL), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methods will also be explained.
RAMS Management
The EN 50126 standard defines Reliability (R), Availability (A), Sustainability (M) and Safety (S) in the railway sector, briefly the method for RAMS management, the RAMS requirements and the process for proving that these requirements are fulfilled. The processes and activities defined in EN 50126 must be adapted to the requirements of the system under consideration.
With this training, you will have detailed information about RAMS management defined in EN 50126 and you will gain experience with application examples.
Systems Engineering
Rail system projects consist of many systems/subsystems coming together. System engineering processes (requirements management, integration management, test management, V&V management, etc.) must be carried out in order to meet the requirements of the project and to operate it safely and without failure. System Engineering is of great importance to customers, suppliers, integrators and product developers.
In this training, detailed information about the ‘Systems Engineering’ processes is shared.
Operational Safety Management System
The subject of “Safety Management” is a subject that should be given importance for Railway Operators, Railway Infrastructure Managers and Urban Rail Public Transport Operators. Continuous improvement of your Safety Management System is an important element in strengthening your company’s safety policy and culture.
According to the “Railway Safety Regulation” published by UHDGM, Railway Operators, Railway Infrastructure Operators and Urban Rail Public Transport Operators are obliged to obtain a Safety Certificate / Authorization and establish a Safety Management System.
So now you want to know how to proceed?
We would like to answer this question not only from a theoretical point of view, but also with practical examples of how regular changes and reviews can be made.
Risk Management
In accordance with Directive 2008/57/EC, the European legal obligation to carry out risk management for changes in the subsystems of the railway system was sustained in 2009 with the entry into force of (EU) regulation No. 352/2009 CSM (Common Safety Methods). .
Therefore, the implementation of an appropriate risk management within the framework of the CSM Regulation should be considered, for example, in case of changes in all subsystems such as vehicles, infrastructure, operations or maintenance.
Thus, it has become legally obligatory to establish a structured and documented procedure for the identification of hazards, risk assessment, determination of safety measures, as well as relevant proofs.
Regulation No. 352/2009 was amended and expanded by implementing regulation (EU) No. 402/2013 and No. 2015/1136. In this training, information will be given about the background and possibilities of the implementation and execution of the necessary risk management. In addition, practical gains will be given with practical applications.
Certification Management
With this training, you can get rid of the confusion of concepts and have information about what all the organizations required for the railway system do, what documents they create, what activities they carry out at what stage.
During the training, you will learn about organizations operating only for vehicles operating in the national network, but also for vehicles operating in the city.
Safety Related Software Development
This training is aimed at people who are responsible for developing safety-related software or who have to ensure standards-compliant development in the context of quality management.
It provides perspective on how safety-related software should be developed, documented and demonstrated to an expert in accordance with standards.
Case studies and practical exercises will show how normative requirements are applied in daily life.
TSI LOC&PAS and TSI CCS Trainings
This training provides information, content, application examples about TSI LOC&PAS and TSI CCS.
